We have 24 hour cancellation policy.

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

To book a reservation, guests are required to provide a credit / debit card number to hold the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy, you will not be charged.Charges may incur if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of reservation time.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must end the session within 15 minutes , or you will be charged full price.
